For 20 years Crossroads Speech and Hearing, Inc has provided rehabilitation services in a variety of settings including our four outpatient offices, public school settings, home care, hospitals, and long-term care facilities.

Contract Services:
Early Intervention:
Crossroads Speech and Hearing, Inc. provides Early Intervention evaluations through several county-based programs including Allegheny County's Alliance for Infants (www.afit.org) , Washington County's Early Intervention (www.co.washington.pa.us) , and Greene County's Early Intervention program (co.greenepa.net).
School-Based Services:
Our speech-language pathologists service several area elementary and secondary schools. Our school-based clinicians are required to be licensed and certified in the state of Pennsylvania and hold a teaching certificate. We offer Extended School Year services in our clinic. Long-term care facilities:
Crossroads Speech and Hearing, Inc. provides speech-language services in long-term care facilities on a contractual basis. Residents who exhibit speech-language deficits such as aphasia, dysarthria, Traumatic Brain Injury, Cognitive and Memory deficits, voice disturbances and Swallowing dysfunction (dysphagia) may benefit from services provided by speech-language pathologists. Audiology services are also available to residents of long-term care facilities. Our team members are licensed by the state of Pennsylvania and certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
